Welcome to Great Hill, and this adorable 4BR restored cottage right around the corner from so much fun. Falmouth Heights Beach is less than a quarter mile, same with plenty of restaurants, like Shipwrecked, The Casino Wharf, Black Dog Cafe. Falmouth Harbor and the Falmouth Yacht Club are also very close, and Main St Falmouth is about a mile away.

Such a cute cottage. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor, as is a half bathroom. Updated kitchen, with gas stove, dishwasher, granite countertops, large fridge. Also in the kitchen is a stackable washer/dryer unit. A separate dining room provides plenty of space for the family to gather for a meal, or use the picnic table outside! The living room and the covered porch are also wonderful places to hang out. AND, this home has a very large (for the Heights) side yard so bring a few yard games with you. Another great advantage is there is plenty of parking for at least 4 cars if needed.
