Summer location with access to Great Bay with public boat ramp access close by to spend the day on Falmouth waters or short trip by boat to Martha's Vineyard through the Vineyard Sound. Many access points for launching kayaks, paddle boards, sail boats and areas for fishing & clamming. tastefully updated, floor living bright and sunny with hardwoods throughout. Great entertaining space, plenty of room, cooking, and dining with sliders leading to the back deck, outdoor shower and outdoor spaces.

The three bedrooms, two full bathrooms include a primary with a full bath. The lower level has a partially finished space for more space.

This summer Rental has all the comforts to enjoy while on vacation: a/c, gas grill, Wi-Fi, etc. What a perfect spot to spend well deserved week away from home this summer! No smoking/Vaping.
