Welcome to an original Victorian Cottage built by New Silver Beach Company. Our historic house is 0.1m walk to the water and 0.2m (8 houses) from the beach and playground. The beach boasts jaw dropping sunsets for the artist or nature observer.

You can spread out in one of the 4 bedrooms, including one queen bedroom on the first floor. One upstairs bedroom has seasonal water views. There are two indoor gathering spaces, one with a flat screen TV, plus a bright and airy three-season glass porch which comfortably seats 8. You’ll find two rocking chairs facing west to unwind, smell the salt air, and watch the sunset. There is a dining room, plus a cozy bistro set on the porch for your morning coffee or evening beverage. We offer complimentary high speed internet, and there is a dedicated workspace with desk and chair.

Outside you can enjoy a rinse in the outdoor shower after a short walk up from the beach. Later you can relax outside in four Adirondack chairs, roast marshmallows on the smokeless firepit, and grill your favorite cuisine on the Weber gas grill.

You can leave the car behind at New Silver Beach, this is a walkable community. Guests have access to New Silver Beach Association, which runs movies, tennis, and basketball for kids. For adults you’ll find morning workouts and pickleball. There is a playground and a seasonal lifeguard on duty. Wild Harbor Sailing Club also offers sailing lessons for kids and adults.

North Falmouth Shining Sea bikeway is 2 miles away and Wild Harbor General Store (an old A&P) is just over a mile away for necessary provisions. Nearby restaurants include Bucatino, Epic Oyster, and we love the Daily Brew coffee house. read more show less

    All I can say is this community is a little piece of heaven. Her home was spotless and stacked with amenities. The character of this vintage house is intact, but you still get modern conveniences here. Also, I've never vacationed so close to the beach before without having to worry about traffic! This was a huge plus for our young family. We walked down to the beach almost every morning with our coffee and loved relaxing on the huge three-season porch. We took a day trip to Woods Hole and enjoyed the free walking tour, and spent a day riding the Shining Sea Bikeway. Highly recommend a trip to the Clam Man for fresh seafood. Would highly recommend this home to others. show more show less

    Hi- I'm a mom to 2 very active kids, and my family absolutely loves Cape Cod. After owning a rental house on bayside of Dennis for a few years, we decided to switch to a place slightly closer to our primary home, so that we could easily pop down for a day or in between weekend sports games. New Silver Beach is our happy place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

    What is special about this property?
    Our house is a short walk to New Silver beach which has no public parking. The benefit of this is that there is very little traffic, making the neighborhood safely walkable, and the beach feel matches that of a private beach. There are optional events hosted by New Silver Beach Improvement Association, such as Sunday night movies, swim classes, Fishing Tournaments, Fitness Classes, neighborhood parades, etc. Too many events to list!
