Nestled in the woods on a private way above Gull Pond, this 4-bedroom house offers a peaceful retreat and excellent pond access. Thoughtful modern architecture lends an airy, bright and spacious feel to the house; large windows, skylights, and sliding glass doors provide abundant natural light and beautiful views. You will enjoy private access to Gull Pond, a giant freshwater pond great for swimming, boating, and exploring. A few minutes’ drive, bike, or walk will bring you to gorgeous ocean beaches, including Newcomb Hollow and Cahoon Hollow Beach, or to Wellfleet Center for shopping and dining. 4 bedrooms; 2 full baths; central AC; hardwood floors; parking for 3 cars; deck; wooded platform with picnic table; washer and dryer; dishwasher, DirectTV, and wireless.

The house is regularly cleaned by The Furies of Wellfleet.

Please note!: Google Maps does not correctly show house location. The house is located on the Gull Pond side of Gull Haven Lane. There are no roads or houses between our house and Gull Pond.

Relaxing Vacation by the Pond

We had a wonderful time at this cheerful, bright, airy cottage right on Gull Pond. We've been vacationing in Wellfleet for over a decade, and this was one of the nicest homes we've rented. The common spaces are well laid out and the bedrooms are comfortable. The location is simply fantastic with a private landing on the pond. We're looking forward to coming back next year for our vacation!

Amazing spot

Comfortable, attractive house with a path down to Gull Pond, a beach shared with only one other house. Very very special to have access to a beautiful pond away from crowds. The home is also less than a mile to Newcomb Hollow Beach. House next door is close and always present in view, but no problems with noise. Very quiet, woodsy setting. Great feeling of outdoors inside the house.
