We rent Sunday to Sunday! Amble down the quaint white-shelled path to this sweet and cozy cottage with a large screened-in porch in back and a small sunny deck in front. Dine al fresco on the screened porch with its sizable dining table and comfy chairs. This cottage is comfortable for a family of 4. The 3 bedrooms host a total of 2 double beds and 2 twins. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, ductless split A/C, heat, basic cable, and wifi. Carefree yard and parking for two cars. No tenants under 25 without a parent or guardian.

This cottage is about 1.5 miles to the quaint downtown area of Wellfleet. Stroll through, check out the shops, visit the art galleries, try one of the many fantastic restaurants. Wellfleet has the best beaches on The Cape! Go oceanside for stunning scenery and fun waves. Go bayside for calm days and gorgeous sunsets.

Our wonderful and funny cousin left this sweet cottage to us when she passed. We have spent many a summer vacation enjoying this place. The beach just around the corner is perfect for kids of all ages at any time of the day, from sunrise to sunset. We are so grateful for this gift. Our memories are priceless and we hope yours will be, too.

What is special about this property?
Carefree, great location. Simple. We love the classic knotty pine of this place which makes it reminiscent of summer cabins from your childhood. It's carefree light energy will make it feel like vacation as soon as you walk thought the door.
