Lower level with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two twins (fans in closets if needed) and a shared full bath with tub / shower combo. The laundry room is also on this level. The lower level opens out to a shady terrace. Upper level, a master bedroom with a queen bed, an A/C unit and bath with shower. There is a loft sitting room with a ceiling fan offering great circulation to both levels, opening out to a balcony. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Located on a quiet dirt road on the ocean side of Wellfleet about 1 mile (+/-) to Long Pond and just over 2 miles to nearest ocean beach; the village is also nearby.
