Our cottage is located at the end of Seacoast Shores peninsula in E. Falmouth with only a 1/2 mile walk to our association saltwater river beach and a short drive to the public ocean beaches facing towards
Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the outside deck with views of the river and Washburn Island.

Two bedrooms comfortably sleep 5 people in one queen and 3 twin beds, and we are pet friendly owners so your pet is welcome, too. Amenities include a washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

    Family friendly in Falmouth

    We had a great family vacation week at this cozy 2 bedroom house. It was perfect for our active family. We had water access for our kayaks that was only a one minute walk away. A really great part of town to ride our bikes safely while exploring all the cool neighborhoods. The little sandy beach was a short walk away and the closest big beach was only a 10 minute drive. The house AC's cooled us during a hot week there. A nice little deck and fire pit that we spent a lot of time using Very nice spot with friendly neighbors all around. show more show less

    Great house for a family vacation

    Amazing location!
    Walking distance from private beach that is super kids friendly. Quiet neighborhood! Only 15 minutes car ride to key beaches and downtown.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cape Cod cottage! The house had everything we needed and Falmouth is a great town with amazing beaches. The neighborhood is very welcoming and peaceful.

    Clean, comfortable, welcoming of our two dogs, we loved the cozy cottage! On the hot days the air contioners did the trick. We loved sitting in the screened-in dining area and walking to the various beach access points and admiring the neighborhood's gardens. Peaceful and relaxing, thank you!

    Perfect Location and Accommodations

    My family of 4 recently stayed in this lovely cottage and had a wonderful time. It's perfectly situated to access all of the desirable areas of Cape Cod and it was a great place to relax and enjoy a nice fire outside. My kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.
