My family has had the pleasure of vacationing in Falmouth at the listed property for many years. The home setting is well situated within an easy walk to the beach. After returning from a day at beach we enjoy the evening relaxing with dinner on the large deck with the refreshing southwest breeze off Buzzards Bay making the location unbeatable. It is close to all major conveniences and attraction including the Shining Sea Bike Path.

We have stayed at this amazing house many times. The location is wonderful as it is a short walk to Old Silver Beach (great beach for families) and easy access to Shining Sea Bike Trail. The neighborhood is peaceful.
The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The multiple bathrooms come in handy and there is shampoo and soap available The washer and dryer are a convenience as well. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even a cart that makes getting everything to the beach much easier. The outside shower is convenient when coming back sandy from the beach. Having the spacious deck with an electric awning and gas grill make hanging out enjoyable. Susan and Barry are very responsive with any questions that may arise.
The ping pong table is an added bonus, especially on a rainy day.

My family of 6 stayed here in the summer of '22 and can't say enough good things about our stay. From great communication with the owners to being able to walk to one of the best beaches in the cape, we will definitely be coming back. The house is big and all the kids had their own room. Downtown Falmouth is close by and very walkable with great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Bluefins for sushi or Añejo for Mexican. This house made summer on the cape feel like a real beach vacation. We can't wait to come back! show more show less

We love the house. We have vacationed there every year for the at least ten years or more. We like it because it is near the beach. We can walk to the beach from the house. The owner's are lovely people very accommodating!

In July, 2022 we will be returning to this property with our family for our 4th year. This location is excellent because we consider Old Silver Beach to be the best beach on the Cape. The house is equipped with small appliances and everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is bedding for all the beds.

There is plenty to do for all ages from our youngest grandchild 4 years old to the oldest teenagers. There is everything you will need to have a fun day at the beach and return to relax in the air conditioning or enjoy family time outside on the deck. The owners are very helpful, available to answer questions and they make us feel very welcome. show more show less

We've been staying at this property for almost 5 years, and I can say with confidence that we will never stay anywhere else. The house has been recently renovated, and has all the comforts of a modern home, including laundry, grill, beach chairs/towels, internet, etc etc and is walking distance to seacrest beach (3 min walk). We can't wait to return in July and spend another magnificent week at Sue and Barry's!
