This 5 BR/2 BA home is ideally located between the Heights and town, and just a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, the Road Race finish line, and the Island Queen ferry terminal, among other things. The main living areas are lightly updated and freshly painted. It has just about everything you need, but please note there is no garage access.

You enter the home into the breezeway where you can store all your beach gear. Step up into the kitchen and breakfast area with a table for 4 which opens into the coastal and cozy living room with 2 couches. There is a dining room that seats 6 comfortably. The first floor also has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is one full bath with a bathtub as well. There are window ACs in each bedroom and in the living room.

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath with shower. One of the bedrooms has a full bed, one has a queen, and a set of bunk beds in the third. There are also ACs in each upstairs bedroom.

Back downstairs, there is a deck with seating and a large grassy backyard. Laundry is available in the basement.

    Great location in the Heights. Large fenced n private back yard for games n relaxing
    Large deck with table n chairs is our most used area unless bad weather. Then Large Dining Table for inside Games or relax n read or watch TV in comfy living room

    Just perfect. Fenced in backyard, great location, walking distance to beach, awesome AC units. House just worked. Bathroom on both floors is great. Easy flow house and great entry way to drop all the stuff so it dirt doesnt come into the house. THANK YOU! Happy to rent again.

    Hi! We are sisters, Maggie and Mary, managing this property. While now residing in San Francisco and Boston respectively, we both grew up in Falmouth and spent our summers on Falmouth Heights Beach. We love this house and are happy to share it with you.

    What is special about this property?
    This property has been in our family for almost 30 years. It is a very spacious home, with a huge backyard. The home itself is adorable but the winning aspect is its location - it's perfectly situated between town and the beach.
