Our stay at Maxine and Ed's cottage was an absolute dream, and we can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and completely relaxed.
The cottage had absolutely everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels, and all the little details were taken care of. This was especially a lifesaver with a toddler in tow! And speaking of our toddler, they were in heaven. The toys and playroom were a huge hit and kept them entertained for hours.
The location is incredible. We loved the quiet, friendly neighborhood and the short, private walk to the beach was a fantastic bonus. It made our daily trips to the sand and water feel so special and secluded. Plus the outdoor shower was a major bonus to quickly rinse off.
Maxine and Ed were wonderful hosts—communication was clear and easy throughout our stay.

Thanks to this home away from home in Falmouth, our family had a classic summer retreat on Cape Cod. Don't bring anything but your clothes because the owners have you covered! During the day, walk or ride your bike to the private beach, use the paddle boards, and explore. At night, sit by the fire pit and make s"mores. Love the quiet location. The home waa cozy and well maintained. Everything was as advertised and the owners made every effort to welcome us. I would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this cute house. My grandkids came for a few days and it was a great place for them, with the kids room, toys and outdoor space. The location is great with the walkable beach and it was a short ride to downtown and great restaurants. Maxine was wonderful and communicated readily. Can't recommend enough.

We loved our time here! The house has everything you could need, it was very clean and welcoming! The beach down the street was perfect, especially with two younger kids. Maxine was very easy to communicate with and available when needed. Would stay here again!

The space is cozy, functional, and very kid friendly. The owners have thought of many little details and are kind, personable, and very responsive. The beach is close by and is just perfect for families - boats pass by and there is even an ice cream boat that stops at the beach on weekends. We love the neighborhood and the location is convenient. The shed holds many outdoor games and activities and all the beach gear one would need. Our second time renting and it was special!

This was the perfect family-friendly, cozy cottage for our vacation in Falmouth! We had such a great week with lots of beach days walking to the local beach and exploring others not a far drive away. We loved all the kid-friendly options this cottage had for indoor and outdoor activities- the homeowners really thought of it all down to their welcome basket. They had excellent communication during our stay- and we hope to be back one day. What a gem!!!

We visit the cape every summer and this is one of the most functional and thoughtful rentals we have stayed at! There are so many little features in this home that made our time here so pleasant, from the beach toys, beach stroller, beach bag coolers and overall well stocked rental. This was a gem! Exactly as described, well cleaned and we would recommend to anyone!

We stayed for a week in this wonderful place.
Hosts are doing awesome job caring about their guests stay and the cottage. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the place and It's very convenient to have all little things in places like towels, shampoo, etc. The very nice decor adds to the vacation mood. There are a lot of board and card games as well as a lot of toys for small kids.
Paddle boarding was my dream for this summer, but its rent pricing keeps stopping me. I was surprised to find two great paddle boards and enjoyed them a lot. I paddled against the current first and then just was floated back. Shining sea bike trail, Falmouth downtown, Nobska lighthouse, Woods hole are conveniently 20-25 min drive.
It is an unforgettable vacation for us.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this home for two full weeks. We have a 4 year old and 3 year old and we were so pleased to find that this home is very kid friendly! We loved the walk to the beach - the private beach is where we spent most of our time and is perfect for small children. The home is well equipped with many things you might need during your stay - it is clear the owners take great pride in their home and we loved all the small details. The decor is very cute and beach themed and everyone in our family slept comfortably. This is a cute little home and the owners were amazing to work with - we will definitely be back if our schedules allow!

We spent a week in Maxine's cottage early this summer and we only have positive to say about our stay! First of all Maxine is an amazing host, she was very available and responsive. The house is so beautiful and filled with so much love in all the small details. House is equiped with all vacation essentiels: beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, boogie boards, scooters and bikes for kids, board games, toys for kids inside the house and also for backyard!
Neighborhood is quiet and has a little private beach that is perfect for young kids. It is also a quick car ride away many bigger beaches!
Would definetly come back here on our next family vacation

We stayed Labor Day weekend and it was delightful! House was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, livingroom was bright and cheery, the bathroom was nice and clean and the kitchen was specious. It had everything we needed for beach snack prep and lunches.The beach is an 8 minute walk through the cute neighborhood and had calm water and clean sand we enjoyed watching the boats pass by. The outdoor shower on the property was awsome, we were able to rinse off sand and before heading to a nearby ice cream shop. Lots of other beaches nearby if you want to explore. Restaurants are close, there is nothing like seafood on the Cape!

We will definitely be staying here again! Can't wait to make more memories at this beautiful location!

This property was a gem! Great cottage for friends or a small family. My husband and I, along with our 2 children fit perfectly. It was short walk to a beautiful private beach. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and beaches. House had all the amenities you would need. It was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be going back.

Beach down the block was so nice then we went to Old Silver which was 10 minutes and perfect.

Lighting the firepit@night and spending an entire day @Old Silver Beach was awesome and we went to Provincetown.
What an absolute cozy and cute house.It fit our 2 families perfect.The location was truly amazing.We are absolutely coming back.

We stayed at this house in July and it was perfect! Everything we needed was there on arrival. The house is clean, stocked well extra linens, pillows, fluffy towels, kitchen supplies and there's a grill in the yard for barbecuing. The beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. The private beach is clean and within walking distance. The owner has the house decorated beautifully which made us feel right at nome!
