Welcome to an original Victorian Cottage built by New Silver Beach Company. Our historic house is 0.1m walk to the water and 0.2m (8 houses) from the beach and playground. The beach boasts jaw dropping sunsets for the artist or nature observer.

You can spread out in one of the 4 bedrooms, including one queen bedroom on the first floor. One upstairs bedroom has seasonal water views. There are two indoor gathering spaces, one with a flat screen TV, plus a bright and airy three-season glass porch which comfortably seats 8. You’ll find two rocking chairs facing west to unwind, smell the salt air, and watch the sunset. There is a dining room, plus a cozy bistro set on the porch for your morning coffee or evening beverage. We offer complimentary high speed internet, and there is a dedicated workspace with desk and chair.

Outside you can enjoy a rinse in the outdoor shower after a short walk up from the beach. Later you can relax outside in four Adirondack chairs, roast marshmallows on the smokeless firepit, and grill your favorite cuisine on the Weber gas grill. <br /> <br /> You can leave the car behind at New Silver Beach, this is a walkable community. Guests have access to New Silver Beach Association, which runs movies, tennis, and basketball for kids. For adults you’ll find morning workouts and pickleball. There is a playground and a seasonal lifeguard on duty. Wild Harbor Sailing Club also offers sailing lessons for kids and adults.<br /> <br /> North Falmouth Shining Sea bikeway is 2 miles away and Wild Harbor General Store (an old A&P) is just over a mile away for necessary provisions.
