There were small touches that were never mentioned: phone chargers by the bedside, really good lighting, very comfortable beds, everything for convenience and comfort. Jamie has her own interior design business and you can really tell. The decor is beautiful. My husband wants me to be sure to mention the fabulous kitchen. He cooked a lot, and loved the All Clad pans, the sharp knives, a cabinet full of spices, enough cutting boards, and spot lighting where it was needed. It was easy to get to the lake, my daughter went to the lakeside every morning and evening to meditate. Downstairs is like another living room with games and a large tv. The washer and dryer and a bathroom with a tub are also down there. We took a trip to close-by Woods Hole, to walk along the ocean beach. The whole experience was so wonderful. My family and I give this the highest recommendation.

It is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. It was pristine and sparkling while at the same time being cozy and comfortable. These hosts have thought of absolutely everything in terms of the home's amenities and the beautiful view right out the back of the sliders and from their amazing deck overlooking the peaceful pond. The view is unmatched. It has everything you can want and for any questions the hosts answer immediately. We stayed as a family of 6 with 4 adult children and it was very comfortable. All AirBNBs are not created equally. If you are thinking of booking don't let this one get away from you. You will not be disappointed. And I can imagine it would be enjoyable in any season. What a gem!

Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the view on the lake!
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The home was thoughtfully laid out and expertly designed / curated in a way that made it feel lived-in in a way that is uncommon (in a good way) for a vacation rental. The home was well stocked with essential items, kitchen implements, towels/blankets, etc. as well as additional items that enhanced the experience. We played games and used the kayaks and paddle boards. Very much geared toward a private family vacation or serene retreat, as driving is required. Overall, it was a vacation rental that made us want to extend our stay longer, or start planning for our next stay!

Equipped with a lot of love for detail. Everything has been thought of! You feel welcome and at home here. That was a very relaxing stay.
Don't miss out: Falmouth! Great restaurants and super nice town. We really liked it here.

Private beach on the pond with plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, kids beach toys. Every sunset (with good weather) is stunning coming into the living room over the far side of the pond, reflecting off the pond. It did rain one day - the house had endless toys and games to entertain us. About 10-15 min to Falmouth town center, 15-30 min to Woods Hole - very accessible to any stores/shopping/touring. If we had a predictable vacation schedule for next year, we would have booked it again on checkout.

The area is very peaceful, exactly what was needed for our stay. And the sunsets that Jamie and T left for us were spectacular over the water. It is beautifully updated and quaintly decorated with everything we could possibly need to make our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved drinking our morning coffee and dinner with breathtaking views from the porch, kayaking, paddle boarding, and sitting by the beach campfire. So much to do and a lovely spot to wind down after exploring the cape! The guide book was very helpful for fun ideas…we visited the Woods hole aquarium, Falmouth Heights Beach, Nauset Beach, had dinner at The Landing, ice cream at Smitty's, and breakfast at Percy's Place. We also enjoyed relaxing days at the cottage. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us!!

Jamie and T definitely put a lot of thought and love into everything they did inside and outside of this home. If you have young children, you will want for nothing because they made sure it was available. The adults will enjoy the amazing deck that overlooks the water and the fabulous sunset nightly. Jamie and T have outfitted their home with every amenity…from beach towels and chairs to firewood to kitchen spices…to make our stay easy and stress free. Lots of beach toys for all ages and a lovely outdoor shower. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, golf, ocean beaches etc so convenient but not walkable. Checkin and communication was outstanding. Highly recommend.

The home was ideal for our small family and the hosts have outfitted it with just about anything you would want to feel right at home. While we could gush over the inside and the neat design decisions by the hosts, the real wow factor is outside. Walking out the back door onto an expansive deck with a clear view of a private cove on the pond immediately relaxes any and all that visit. And then to walk down the stairs to the private beach and explore the pond on a broad collection of water toys shouts vacation, vacation, vacation. Our family rarely left the pond or the home during our week on the Cape. Our children enjoyed fishing daily from the kayaks and we all enjoyed use of the SUPs that the hosts provided. Truly a relaxing week and certainly our favorite place we have stayed on the Cape over the past few summers. Of course, getting to the restaurants and ice cream around Falmouth and Woods Hole were also a breeze from here. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect place for a little family getaway and we had so much fun kayaking around the pond and hanging out on the beach. Everything was as stated, clean, quiet, and private. Our only regret was not having booked it an extra day or two.

We were amazed by how Jamie and T managed to create a space that was perfect for both grown-ups and kids: It's elegant and fun, cozy but not cramped, and it seemed to offer something for everyone. Parents and grown-ups enjoyed the expansive wrap-around deck with lake and sunset views, the grill, the breakfast nook, and living areas. The children loved the yard, the private beach, the water activities, fire pit, bunk beds, and board games. The place itself is clean, uncluttered, and tastefully designed. The kitchen is spotless and well-stocked. The hosts are gracious, responsive, thoughtful, and generous. And finally, the location is perfect: the house is nestled between trees, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and private, but you can get to beaches, the grocery store, and the downtown area in just a few minutes. It was our first time on the Cape, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you!

We brought our two young kids and the cottage was the perfect family friendly retreat.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt cozy and welcoming. We spent our days kayaking on the beautiful lake, playing board games by the fireplace, roasting marshmallows under the stars, and curling up with a good book or a family movie at night. It was the kind of stay that really lets you slow down and enjoy the simple joys.
Jamie & T were incredible hosts super attentive and thoughtful. They gave us great recommendations for kid-friendly activities, local restaurants, and nearby attractions. It was clear they genuinely care about their guest's experience.
We had such a fabulous time that we've already recommended this gem to all our friends and we're looking forward to coming back next year!

Jamie and T were amazing hosts—thoughtful, welcoming, and they clearly put a lot of care into making this place unforgettable. We are already planning our next year's trip.
