My family spent the second week of July 2016 at this wonderful Wellfleet home. This is the absolute best location in all of Wellfleet. Just steps from Mayo Beach and a short walk to the pier, restaurants, shops and galleries! The home is immaculate, well appointed and has incredible views from the 2 large decks, which are perfect for outdoor dinning, sunning and relaxing. Our kids loved the huge backyard and playing on the rope swings under the large, shaded weeping willow tree.

The owner, Anna, was there during our stay. Her basement apartment has separate access from the main house. Anna is fantastic and goes above and beyond in making your stay special and private. My husband, 2 children, ages 6 and 7 and myself stayed at this absolutely beautiful home the 1st week in July and we LOVED it!! My in laws joined us for the week and with 8 people we had plenty of room with 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms!! The pictures are EXACTLY as posted and the beach is even closer than it looks!! This home is CLEAN, beautifully maintained, updated and perfectly well kept! The location was excellent, so much to do! We were just a bit hesitant knowing the homeowners may be in their private apartment downstairs, but just as they had told us, we hardly saw them and didn't even know they were there, expect to answer a couple of questions we had! We rented last year with another family and it was the best Cape vacation ever!! With a busy schedule, we just want to relax on our vacation and not drive anywhere. The location couldn't be better for families. Within walking distance there is a park, tennis courts, skateboard park and basketball courts. The pier and great restaurants are within walking distance as well. The beach was private and really is just over the dune path you see in the photos, and there is a big backyard! There was plenty of room for two families and it was well maintained. We hope to stay there next year!! show more show less
