This immaculate, contemporary, Cape style house sits on 1.3 acres bordering the National Seashore. It is a short distance to Gull Pond and a quick drive to ocean beaches. All the furnishings are new as of 2011, and the house has central air.

Main Level: As you enter the tiled foyer, the kitchen and dining room are off to the right. The kitchen boasts cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, modern appliances, and a pantry. The dining room table seats 8-10. The living room has a working fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and tons of light. Master bedroom 1 is on this level. It has a huge walk in closet and a full bath with shower stall. Sliders from the dining area go out to a large L shaped deck overlooking woods.

Upper Level: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level. The bedrooms are carpeted. There is a full bath with a tub on this level.

Lower Level: This walk out level has a great game room with Foos ball and ping pong tables. The floors are carpeted on this level. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen TV. The laundry room and bedroom 4 are on this level. There is also a tiled bath with shower stall.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week in Wellfleet at the Porter house. Kids loved playing fooseball and ping pong. Great summer days spent at Audubon Sanctuary, Duck Harbor beach, Indian Neck, Newcomb and Cahoon Hollow. Ponds were peaceful and perfect for the kids. Didn't get enough of Wellfleet and the Cape. Hoping for two weeks next summer. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in your lovely house which appealed to everyone thanks to the great sitting, dining, entertaining, and relaxing areas throughout. Thank you for making this years visit so memorable and allowing us to enjoy all the amenities available. The "backway" to Gull Pond in particular was a hit with the 4 teens.

Thank you for a lovely week. The house is beautiful and was ideal for our entire family including the grandchildren. They enjoyed the games stored in the living room. All of the nautical decor really gets the scene for a great time on the Cape.

We are sad to leave Wellfleet and your lovely house. For the second summer in a row, we have all enjoyed all that Wellfleet has to offer including the ponds, beaches, bay swimming, kayaking, gallery hopping, SUP, drive in cinema, Provincetown. We are already putting in our request for next year.

We have been enjoying time in the summer in Wellfleet for 25 years and were fortunate enough to purchase our home about nine years ago. We live and work in New Hampshire so are not able to enjoy the whole summer in Wellfleet so we rent our house to others to give them an opportunity to experience the greatness that Wellfleet and the Cape have to offer.

What is special about this property?
We love the location and the close proximity to the ocean, ponds, town and Provincetown and all that Wellfleet has to offer. We border the National Seashore and can walk out the back door and gain access to numerous trails and dirt roads. We can walk to Gull Pond in less than 15 minutes and enjoy the serenity of the quiet neighborhood.

What is special about your town?
Wellfleet is a quaint town that offers many restaurants, galleries, music, and great bayside and ocean beaches.
