    Great family vacation

    For nearly 20 years we have been staying at the starfish over the 4th of July week (and often again in August). It is conveniently located just a short trip to LeCounts Hollow beach and a number of the outer Cape's kettle ponds. The cottage is clean with comfortable beds, newly updated kitchen, A/C and my favorite- the outdoor shower! The neighbors and other cottages make for a great vacation community and the pool is a hidden gem you will not find at other rentals. I highly recommend a stay here but not on the 4th because we will be there:-) show more show less

    My favorite rental in Wellfleet

    I love this cottage! It's the perfect location, close to everything but in its own community with a pool and other cottages. We went to the beaches and ponds during the day, then swam back at the cottage in the afternoon. The kids made friends and could walk to and from the pool alone because there are only a dozen cottages in the circle. Such a great spot ~ we will be back!

    Great welfleet cottage with pool!

    This 3 bedroom 1 bath recently remodeled cottage has everything a cape house needs. Vaulted ceilings with skylights let's in natural light. This property has a great new outdoor shower and grill area with table for eating. New kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a week on the cape. Especially liked the semi private pool (only for starfish guests) big enough for all the adults and kids to enjoy. Well be back again, thanks!

    I am the owner for the past 14 years and keep a clean and cottage-like appearance to our home.

    What is special about this property?
    Very quit, and great for a family with or without kids. Very close to the ponds and the ocean, but the pool can be nice to get away from the crowds.

    What is special about your town?
    Wellfleet is a seaside community with great restaurants and bars. This cottage is 2 miles from the Beachcomber.
