This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood is located at 80 Cannon Hill Road in South Wellfleet. It is one mile to the ocean beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore, and approximately two miles to the Bay and freshwater ponds. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is a quarter mile away, and it is a short walk, across Route 6, to the South Wellfleet General Store, the popular PB Bistro, the post office, Blue Willow Bakery and the Liquor Store.

Enjoy the dynamic marsh view from the beautiful, screened in wrap-around porch, or take a short walk to the marsh from the house. Save on dining out by utilizing the grille and fully stocked kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, one with a king, two with a double, and one with twin beds, and one and a half bathrooms. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

    Great house to rent...

    We have stayed at this house many, many times, and it is fantastic. It's quiet, spacious, and everything you want or need is minutes away. Sunsets, sunrises, off road biking, surfing, this location has it all.
