You will want to hurry home each evening to catch the sunset over Cape Cod Bay, Wellfleet Bay, Loagy Bay and Lieutenant Island from this newly renovated home just steps from the shoreline. Enjoy drinks and dinner from the air-conditioned comfort of the main living/dining area or step out onto the 32' deck to feel the breeze right off the bay. Shore birds frequent this bay, which fills and empties twice each day leaving a tidal stream filled with a variety of sea life. Herons, gulls and other birds sift through the catch of the day while ospreys survey from above. At high tide, you can launch your kayak or canoe from the back yard to explore Audubon shoreline, or pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on one of the swimming beaches at Lieutenant Island. The Cape Cod bike trail is less than 1 mile away as is the Marconi National Seashore or drive several miles to Wellfleet Center to explore the many art galleries, shops and restaurants.

The large master bedroom suite includes a full bath with walk-in closet, the guest suite includes a half-bath with walk-in closet, and the bonus space on the lower level includes a half-bath. All bedrooms have water views! An additional full bath is located off the main living area, and a traditional outdoor shower sits under the deck with a private view of the bay. The open concept kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with a sink overlooking the bay. A dining area connects to the living room with 24 feet of glass sliders opening onto the deck. A small lower den provides an additional sitting space for games, reading or an afternoon nap. A raised wooden walkway welcomes you to the front door while leaving beach sand behind. Morning sun will greet you from the 3-season porch where you can enjoy coffee with friends or a good book. New furniture accents the architecturally designed interior, along with all of the modern conveniences that come with a fresh renovation.
