Close to Long Pond and the ocean beyond. A short bike ride brings you into Wellfleet Village. There is a dirt lane in the back of the house that leads out to Long Pond Road and then about 5 minutes to get to Long Pond. There is a large bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with an A/C unit and two twin beds in each room with a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and the dining room. There are two smart TV s with streaming and expanded cable (a 43'' one in the living room, mounted on the wall and a 32'' one in the master bedroom).

No pets accepted.

Rate: $2300 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee * Choice of $55 Damage Insurance (Non-Refundable) or $600 Security Deposit (Refundable) * State and Local Taxes Apply. *Tenant provides own bed linens, towels & paper products (unless noted otherwise)
