The entry level has Living-Dining-Kitchen ''L''. ALL rooms have water views. Living area with cathedral ceiling. Dining room doors lead to a screened in porch, then to an open deck beyond with stairs to the outdoor shower. Down the hall is the laundry room, full bath, a small bedroom with water views, and the front bedroom.
Going upstairs, there is a loft with water views, TV & sleeping area overlooking the living room. Full bath in the hall and Main bedroom with views. (3 bedrooms & a sleeping loft=4) 3 rooms have air conditioners.
Go to the beach just 1 lot away for sunning, strolling & maybe a swim, too! Bring your kayak. Lieutenant Island is a great place to explore with your doggy, right over the bridge. Sunset view in photo is from 1 lot away taken in Dec. At the entrance to Lt. Island Road is an ice cream/ food service. Then take a left up to Marconi Ocean Beach. each a week, up to 7 occupants.
