The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. Going up to the main bedroom, there is a private full bath and a balcony deck through sliders.
Going down Lt. Island Road, you will reach beaches and the bridge. Go over the bridge to explore! The sunset picture on this listing was taken in December from the Bay Beach at the end of Lt. Island Road. Summer eats and bike path are a quick right then very close by. Big yard to throw the frisbee. Bring your kayak to explore the waters up Lt. Island Road.
