Walk to the harbor beach or the center of town to enjoy Wellfleet's many galleries by strolling across Uncle Tim's Bridge. With many attractions close by, including golf, theater, live music, dining, beaches and ponds, there is plenty here to help you create wonderful memories year after year. 2.5 miles from Cahoon Hollow Beach; 4.5 miles from Marconi Beach/Cape Cod National Seashore; 2 miles to Indian Neck Beach; 4 miles to Duck Hollow Beach; 2.5 miles to Lecount Hollow Beach.

The house has a great room with full kitchen, dining area, and a fireplace on the 2nd floor. Also on the same floor is the master bedroom with adjoining full bathroom suite. There is a deck with an electric grill with dining amenities on the same floor. The entrance floor has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed (with attached shared bath) and another single bedroom with one twin bed. There is a twin sofa bed in another room. The house has a washer and dryer on the same floor. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house.

The house is part of a two family house, the other side of which is not a rental. None of the above mentioned amenities are shared with the other side of the house and are exclusively for tenants use.
