Lower Level: Just off the entry way is a patio. Enter lower level through sliding doors. To the left is a washer/dryer. To the right is a bedroom with a double bed. Split A/C. Down the hall to the left is a full bathroom with tub/shower. Across from the bathroom is another bedroom with 2 twin beds. At the end of the hall is a 2nd set of sliders that go out to an outdoor shower.

Go upstairs via central staircase. There are 1/2 walls surrounding the stairwell upstairs which function as bookshelves in the living area and kitchen storage on the other side. Immediately to the right is the comfortable living area, with ample seating. Spectacular new windows place you squarely in the idyllic Wellfleet woods. Step out on the brand new deck, outfitted with outdoor chairs and gas grill. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a double platform bed.

This is the place for someone looking for an eclectic, rustic cottage with contemporary flair. The home is equipped with high speed internet. The driveway is a bit steep and low riding cars should use caution. It's a private oasis, Wellfleet woods in their splendor!
