The in-town location makes this an ideal setting with proximity to the village center, marina and many beaches. A refreshing outdoor shower along with convenience of laundry and 1.5 baths makes for a great family vacation spot.

We are offering the property for rentals in June (4 night minimum stay) and July (7 night minimum stay) or contact us about a July monthly stay if available. Enjoy all of what Wellfleet and the Outer Cape has to offer. Whether you are working remotely or just relaxing, the house has everything you might need and then some! There are 2 queen bedrooms and a smaller twin bedroom with a spare twin bed.

    This well loved family home is available again to the seasonal market vacationer due to family transitions. The property has hosted many happy vacationers who enjoy the proximity to town and beaches as well as privacy and outdoor space. No need to venture out onto Rte 6 to get around Wellfleet locally but you are also just a short ride from Provincetown. We are encouraging long stays and a chance to really relax and feel at home.

    Wellfleet has miles of ocean and bay beaches, glorious sand bottom ponds and a unique village center loaded with great restaurants, art centers and museums and wonderful art galleries
