Oceanside studio loft in the woods with high cathedral ceilings and plenty of light. Close by to freshwater ponds and ocean beaches.

Enter by going upstairs to the deck. To the right of the entryway is a galley kitchenette (no stove) equipped with a hot plate, microwave and toaster oven, coffee maker, plus dishes/utensils. Dining area seats 4.

Straight ahead from the entryway is a sleeping nook with a single bed (not a separate bedroom). Past the sleeping nook is a sitting area with TV (basic cable, the house does have WIFI), a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a full bath with shower. There are 3 fans throughout the house.

Up a ship's style ladder to the loft. At the top of the loft is a double closet with a queen-sized bed on the other side. This area looks down onto the kitchenette.

Perfect little getaway for 3 people maximum. 1 dog is allowed for a $150 pet fee. Parking for 2 cars.

Outside is an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, patio umbrella, and outdoor seating.
