The kitchen is fully equipped with a full complement of dishes, glasses and barware as well as nearly every imaginable cooking utensil and type of cookware. The dining area features a large custom made walnut live edge dining table that seats 10, plus 3 additional seats at the nearby kitchen counter. French door enclosed family room on the first floor provides ample space to watch movies on the 4K 55-inch UHDTV with surround sound w/o disturbing those relaxing in the living room or kitchen/dining rooms.<br /> <br /> The house is Ideal for 2+ families and has bedrooms and bath rooms on each side of the house so can easily be shared by multiple families.<br /> <br /> Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms, two featuring private baths, as well as an upstairs office and “hangout space” in the breezeway that features a bonus room (7th bed room) with a queen futon and Streaming TV . Full house high speed Wi-Fi and multi-room wireless speakers are also provided.<br /> <br /> First floor laundry is available for use during your stay, as are luxurious cotton linens and fine Turkish towels (master bath has Turkish towel bath robes).<br /> The bright lower level has over 1000 sq. ft. of nicely finished additional space featuring a 55-inch UHDTV with surround sound and 2 additional rooms each with 2 twin beds that can be used as a kids’ space/teen hangout or for additional guests.<br /> Six adult bicycles as well as a 2 person stand-on fishing kayak and a variety of surf and kayak fishing gear are available for use during your stay (release required for use).
