NOTE: Since we are just beginning to rent out home in July 2026, we are flexible this summer for start/end dates, with a minimum of 3 nights. Summer 2027 will be Sat-Sat 7 night minimum.

Welcome to our beach house! Our home was built in 1880, and is still quite rustic. We added AC this spring (mini splits in each bedroom, and downstairs as well). We are a short .2 mile walk to Megansett Beach at the end of the road. From our house there is a partial water view from one of the bedrooms and the front porch.

Our home has 6 bedrooms: three kings (one with a full size crib), one queen, one double, and one with two twins. There is one full bathroom upstairs on the bedroom level, one half bath on the main living level, and an enclosed outdoor heated shower.

There are three outdoor parking spaces, and one garage space available. We do have linens for each bed, which are kept in a drawer in each room. We have towels available in the downstairs bathroom for your use. If you choose to use any of our sheets and towels, they would need to be washed, dried, folded and returned prior to departure.

Behind the house we have a patio table for six and a propane grill.
