    Why We Keep Coming Back Every Year!

    We just finished our sixth consecutive summer at Alison's house, which probably tells you everything you need to know. We absolutely love it here.

    The home is comfortable, exceptionally clean and well organized, and has everything our family needs for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation. The walk to New Silver Beach is quick and easy, which is a huge plus. We spend a lot of time there, and the beach and surrounding neighborhood are a big reason we keep coming back to North Falmouth year after year.

    The property itself is fantastic. The yard is incredibly spacious, and the large deck is perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, and spending time with family.

    Alison has been wonderful to work with from day one. She's responsive, helpful, and makes every aspect of the rental process simple and stress-free.

    Our family has loved the New Silver Beach neighborhood since the 1950s, first renting each summer and then buying our home in 1996 to make lifelong memories. We enjoy the house in July, share it for peak vacations in August, and rent it out long-term during the off-season.

    What is special about this property?
    This spacious home fits two families easily and includes a large yard, a sunny deck, a fenced porch, and an outdoor shower. Guests also get access to New Silver Beach Association perks like nearby private beaches, sports courts, and a harbor park.

    Yard and Outdoor Living
    Large yard: Great for wiffle ball games.
    Sunny deck: Has a dining table and couch, with full sun in the afternoon and a view of the big yard.
    Covered side porch: Fenced-in area with shade, ideal for morning coffee and safe for small children.
    Outdoor shower: Handy for washing off sand after the beach.

    Beach and Neighborhood Access
    New Silver Beach: A short 0.5-mile walk to the private beach, jetty for fishing, and a tennis court with basketball and pickleball.
    The Harbor: Features a park for young kids plus spots to kayak and paddle board.
    Old Silver Beach: A public beach located 1.5 miles away, perfect for watching sunsets.

Located on the southwestern tip of Cape Cod, this charming New England town features over 68 miles of coastline, family-friendly shores like Old Silver Beach, and the scenic 10.7-mile Shining Sea Bikeway. Visitors can also explore the scientific community and aquarium in Woods Hole, or relax by the historic Village Green.

    Our home is only 2.2 miles from the Shining Sea bike path. You can bike 7.7 miles into Falmouth Center or continue on into Woods Hole for a total of 10 miles.
