Enter an open main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable. Just beyond the living room is the dining area with table seating eight. A slider from the dining area leads to the large deck. The dining room opens to the nicely equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and breakfast bar with counter seating.

One of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. This room, a den/bedroom, has a full futon (folds out to a full bed), a desk and a flat screen TV with cable. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor. The laundry (washer and dryer) are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

The home's two other bedrooms are on the second floor. The roomy primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV with cable and a sitting area. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a pyramid bunk (twin bed on top, double (full) bed on the bottom. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower on this floor.

The recently finished lower level has three separate spaces. In one, there is a twin bed, in another there is a second refrigerator and workout equipment and in the third there is a family room with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV with cable. There is a half bath on this floor. A door from the lower level leads to the backyard.

The large deck, running the length of the house, has a dining table with chairs, a loveseat and a gas grill. Below the deck, just outside the lower level door, is an enclosed outdoor shower.

Set on a lovely lot with mature plantings, this home is in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to the Paine Hollow Town Landing (less than 0.25 mi), where you can launch your kayak or enjoy the view.
