Spring and Fall Special Rates: This property offers a tree night minimum during select dates in May – June and September – November. For all stays less than seven nights during those dates a cleaning fee is charged. Stay for seven nights during those dates and the cleaning fee is waived.

To avoid an unpopular rental turnover day on the July 4th holiday, this property provides for a six-night term from Saturday, June 27 to Friday, July 3; and an eight-night term from Friday, July 3 to Saturday, July 11 – with rates adjusted accordingly. 

Enjoy this freshly renovated Chatham home with all new furnishings. The home features a main level master suite with a King size bed, modern kitchen, central AC and an irrigated lush green yard. Conveniently located in West Chatham, there are several local shops nearby, including the essentials: a Dunkin Donuts, a package store, an ice cream shop, and a new burger and beer joint (featuring several local beers on draft).

The home has three bedrooms and can sleep 8. The main floor master has a King size bed. There is also a queen bedroom on the upper level. Finally the bunk-room is also upstairs and features one set of bunks plus two twin beds, sleeping 4. There is a quaint seating area on the upper level as well for a second living area.

Outside, relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the large outdoor shower. The spacious irrigated yard provides plenty of room for yard games. The house is well supplied for the quintessential Chatham vacation.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $125 reservation fee and an $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 12.45%.
