House has Two Bedrooms (the larger with a queen bed, and the 2nd with a double bed.) Also, there are two (2) twin beds and a futon sofa in the living room (see pics for floor plan layout). New A/C window units in each bedroom and living room (3 units total). Bathroom is newly remodeled with larger standing shower. No bathtub. The newly remodeled kitchen is small, with working-room only; however with all new appliances and a granite counter top and large sink. There is an adjacent dining room with a table and chairs seating six. A covered outside porch off the kitchen also has a table and chairs for 6. The second floor of the house is currenty not finished space (or included in this rental.) Linens and towels included in rental.

Assuming you are here to be out and about, this home offers a great location to all that Chatham has to offer:
