Description

This comfortable home is perfect for an extended family vacation. Living spaces include a great room, a living room and a downstairs family room with wide screen HDTV. There are four comfrtable bedrooms. Wonderful views of Bucks Creek and Nantucket Sound from the great room and the master bedroom. Private association area with dock and picnic facilities. Hardings Beach is 5/10 of a mile down the road. Beautiful sunsets. Salt water canoeing and kayaking access. Kayaks provided with house. Will consider house trade in ski country or Virgin Islands. Two adjacent proprties also available some weeks for larger groups.

David and I live in Chatham year round and enjoy meeting new people each summer as they visit our property. We have welcomed back return tenants and have become friends with some. David's family has been in Chatham for several generations ans we are happy to be able to share the properties with our tenants.

David owns a tree business and I work at the local high school as the school adjustment counselor.

What is special about this property?
The house has a lovely view of Nantcucket Sound and the sunsets are beautiful. It is close to Hardings Beach and there is also a neighborhood dock on Buck's Creek. From the dock you can kayak in the creek or out to Nantucket Sound. We have two kayaks available for use by tenants.

What is special about your town?
Chatham is a picturesque village with great dining and shopping. We have a bike trail that goes from Dennis to Wellfleet and have access to many beautiful beaches.
