    Fantastic location. Adorable and very clean home. Walkable neighborhood with a gorgeous walking path to the beach. It had everything we needed for our family vacation.

    We just returned from a two week vacation with family and friends and had a wonderful time (and weather too!!). The location is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We did kayaking and paddle boarding at Great Bay Pond right down the road. John was very responsive when I had questions. We are looking forward to going back again next summer!

    Great house in Maravista area. Close to town and short walk to the harbor. Perfect for 2 families, had everything we needed. Outdoor fire pit perfect for smores and outdoor shower great after a long day at the beach. Owners very responsive and checked in to make certain we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this home.

    Our family loved staying at this beautiful home! There are so many things we love about this home - charming curb appeal with window flower boxes, outdoor shower, kayaks, quiet neighborhood, sunroom, cozy decor, etc. Home was clean, hosts were lovely, and the location is ideal. Our family would definitely stay here again!

    We have owned this property since 2014 and have been renting for the last eleven years. We have many repeat renters.
    My husband Jack and I are newly retired and have 3 grown sons and two grandchildren. I was an ER nurse and Jack retired from IBM. We are relaxed and old hats at renting. We have a dog Lucy and we understand the difficulty traveling with your pet. You will find us very responsive. Let us know whst your needs ate. All our renters have been wonderful

    What is special about this property?
    We love to sit in the sunroom with our coffee and listen and watch the birds. The sunroom and bathrooms have been newly renovated. It is so relaxing and the neighbors are wonderful.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is a quaint little town that has so much to offer. Great restaurants and shops - there is something for everyone and the beaches are beautiful. The first thing our renters notice and remark about is how close we are to downtown, restaurants, beaches, bike path and MV Ferry
