Multiple options for grocery stores for all your backyard, summer BBQ necessities.

Note: we are renting from Friday to Friday in July and August as traffic has been horrible on Saturdays.

This home is in a terrific well-kept quiet neighborhood and has a level, fully fenced yard, sunroom, and outdoor shower. Enjoy what Cape summers have to offer NOW! Renovated in 2008, just decided to rent this season. Ready to go for summer!! What a place to spend 4th of July on Cape Cod. Hurry!

    Perfect for family

    The house was clean, organized and fit my family(4kids, 2 adults) comfortably with plenty of room to spare.
    A huge bonus -the house is off a busy street but with in walking distance to the ferry, beach and restaurants.
    Julie was awesome through out the booking/stay. Made our vacation as stress free as she could. I highly recommend this rental. Well worth it!!

    Heart of the Heights

    This home was a gem. The location is ideal as the beach, restaurants, and the ferry are all in walking distance. The house was very clean and we were not in need of anything. Julie was so accommodating and was easy to work with, stress free.
    My family enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting again sooner than later.

    Happy in the Heights

    What a find! We are so thrilled with our stay. What an amazing location - quiet street but with in walking distance of everything you need - beach, breakfast, baseball and more!

    The house is very clean and spacious! Loved having access to all new bedding and beach/bath towels. Feel like we discovered a hidden gem and will definitely return.

    My mother was a schoolteacher and we were lucky enough to load the old station wagon up on the last day of school and move to the Cape for the entire summer! I loved the beach, activities and overall feeling of being on the Cape. I am now trying to provide my fantastic experience for other families while I crash with my kids at my parents house!


    What is special about this property?
    The home is very well cared for, neighbors are wonderful and the experience of being so close to everything while still having your own privacy can't be beat.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth Heights is the ideal Cape vacation for beach, play, dining, shopping, activities - everything right at your fingertips. Our location allows easy (within minutes) walking to the beach, various restaurants, the harbor, shopping, Main Street shops/events and of course the Falmouth Commodores baseball field.
    The Shining Sea bike path is also close by!
    Our home is also within a short walk to the 4th of July fireworks and the Falmouth Road Race finish line.
