This sweet cottage is excellent for families and friends of all ages. A half acre, fenced-in back yard is awaiting your arrival.

On the large deck is a gas grill with a small table to set up food and seating for six around a glass table under the shade of an umbrella will feed your entire group.

Have you ever played horseshoes? The side yard has the pits to enjoy a game or two.

Next to the tree in the shade lies a hammock where you can read a book or take nap. A lounge chair sits in the grass for one to soak up this Cape Cod sun.
An enclosed outdoor shower so you can wash off all that sand from the beach.

My favorite part of the yard is the fire pit area! It's the best place to sit back and watch a movie while roasting marshmallows.

It's a great yard for everyone including your pet if you choose to take them on vacation with you.

In the shed we have some beach chairs, volley ball set, croquet set and some other outdoor toys your welcome to use during your stay.

Do you like to ride a bike? I sure do too! New this summer we have provided a few bikes so you can ride the bike path which is a short distance away.


As you enter this cottage you walk into the living area. It has a small couch, recliner and a generous sized ottoman. Sit down and enjoy great conversations or watch the big screen TV with surround sound. A window AC unit cools the room on those humid days.

The kitchen is the best size for that one person in your group that loves to be left alone to cook.I believe we have almost everything you'd need except spices or actual food.
A brand new toaster and coffee machine and even a cookie jar if you feel like baking. A microwave, a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge are all that can fit into this space. The ice machine is in the freezer and filtered water on the fridge to fill your glass with crisp cold water. Four bar stools line the counter and a small table set for two sits by the window overlooking the garden area.

A few steps away is the only bathroom. A tub with a rain shower and a skylight which brightens the entire room. A stackable washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. Six brand new, soft bath towels nicely rolled up. Also extra towels, some beach towels and a few blankets stacked on the shelf. A hair dryer and a iron which, being a Cape Codder, I do not own, but I've included them for you.

We also have WiFi so you can stay connected and Comcast cable.

Two small bedrooms on the main floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a beautiful comforter and sheets set.The second bedroom has a single bed fit for one with a cute comforter and sheets set.

A walk up the stairs and you'll notice the adorable matching bed sets. The first bed is a twin and the second is a full. This room has the most inside open space where you can send the kids to play or have that extra privacy from your group. It has a window AC unit to cool it down on those humid days and nights.

If you choose to venture out of this Cozy Haven, you're only a few minutes' drive to the supermarket, places to eat, activities and the beach. You do not have to go far at all to enjoy Harwich or the surrounding towns on Cape Cod.
