Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this clean, 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch which is just a 5-minute walk to Earle Rd Beach in Harwichport.

The house is on a circle, where children can ride their bikes with ease. An open floor plan and plenty of natural light, as well as central A/C, keep the house bright and comfortable. We are working to refresh the paint and will post additional pictures when complete!

The Master bedroom has a private bath and a king bed. There are two other good sized bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and the other with a double and bunk beds. Plenty of room for everyone in your family.

A ping pong table in the basement can entertain on a rainy day, and a private deck in the back yard is a great place to relax and grill dinner outside. There is parking for three cars, including a garage spot.

Take the short walk to Earle Road Beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful views and water of Nantucket Sound.

Just 2 miles to downtown Harwichport, where the shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops will never disappoint, and you can enjoy special events, like ''Music in the Port'' on Wednesday nights.

    Our family enjoyed a great week at this beach house. Terrific floor plan and very comfortable both inside and out! The proximity to Earle Road beach was a plus.
    Maura is a very attentive host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Lovely home- great location

    This house has it all. You will feel very comfortable in this very clean home. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out- the sunroom was our favorite. The outdoor shower is brand new. Earle Rd beach is a quick 5 minute walk and was great- it was never too crowded and there was not much seaweed. Maura was a great host and was very responsive. We would love to return next summer!

    Beach oasis

    Our family enjoyed a magical week at this delightful summer home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach is a short walk down the road and the restaurants and stores in Harwichport are also a short distance. The outdoor space was lovely and the outdoor shower was a dream! We couldn't have asked for a better week. Maura was extremely responsive and helped to make our stay perfect down to the smallest detail!

    We really enjoyed our time at this property. It's beautifully decorated with a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The was very clean. The deck out back is like a little oasis. Maura was a wonderful host, responsive and flexible. We will definitely return without hesitation.

    Our family has enjoyed Harwichport as renters for three decades. We intend to retire to this home, but in the meantime are happy to share it with other families like ours.

    What is special about this property?
    Everyone lives the giant outdoor shower??

    The short walk to the beach…. The sunroom…it is a comfortable home away from home.

    What is special about your town?
    Harwichport is quintessential Cape Cod. Great beaches a fun little downtown, great restaurants and fun bars for those who enjoy that!

    In Wednesdays in the summer they open to downtown to Music in the Port. There are several bands playing in various areas of the town and it's a great fun stroll!
