This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 king bedrooms,1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom located on the second floor along with a full bathroom. Linens are included. The first floor has a modern kitchen and eating area, large dining room, a spacious family room with a flat screen TV. The first floor also has a full bathroom. The front porch has 2 day beds on opposite ends and a twin bed in the middle.

The backyard has a spacious sitting area, as well as a gas grill and gas firepit. There are 2 changing rooms behind the garage with an outdoor shower.

8 beach chairs, 10 beach towels, 10 towels for showering.

    Great family vacation
    The owner, Peter, reached out to me 2 weeks before our vacation, informing me there was a problem with the septic and we may need to cancel our trip. He offered us the same week next year at the same rate if we had to cancel. He kept me well informed of the progress of the repairs and luckily our vacation went as planned. The home it's truly as described and was very comfortable for us, our grown children as well as my mother. We also had my 2 month old grandson with us. The home is well supplied with anything you could think of; including beach chairs, corn hole, and a fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and the linens top grade. The beach was a short walk away and the center of town just a 10-15 minute walk. We only wished the week didn't go by so quickly!

    Host was very helpful and home was well stocked and clean. House was in a perfect spot; beach and restaurants close by and centrally located for easy drives to other Cape Cod towns. Would stay again if/when we visit again!

    Staying Calm on the Cape
    We truly enjoyed the beautiful house. The weather did not cooperate with our outdoor plans, but the close location to the beach made it easy to run to beach between downfalls. In my opinion that is a testament to the GREAT location, as well as the overall comfort of the house as we stayed well occupied within while it rained outside. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience a traditional Cape Cod vacation.

    My family and I have rented vacation properties throughout the world over the last 30 years. When we became the owners of this property we chose to share it with others when we are not able to enjoy it.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is not an investment property. It is our retirement home. It is a well loved home that has been in the family for 3 generations with plans to pass it on to the 4th generation.

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich Port has much to offer. Of course there are the beaches, but there are also great restaurants, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and golf courses to keep everyone entertained. Whether you enjoy a day at the beach, crabbing on the Herring River, or grabbing a drink with friends in town, Harwich Port has something for everyone.
