We have rented our cottage since 2009. Each year our guests report falling in love with the cottage and its location.

Our quiet neighborhood is perfect for a couple, who may have 1-3 children.

The cottage is close to Earle Road Beach on Nantucket Sound (2/10 mi, 350 yards, 5 mins), and since there only 16 other cottages on our street, traffic is at a minimum.

Your vacation home is fully stocked with everything you will need except linens, towels and beach towels.

Uniquely, our cottage has two bathrooms, a washer/dryer and kids love the loft.

This condo is on floor 1 of 1.

Gorgeous Cottage!

We had such a wonderful time in Harwichport! The cottage was gorgeous, so clean, and very well stocked for our family of five! It was such a beautiful walk to Earle Street Beach and so convenient to so many areas of the Cape, only 25 minutes to Hyannis and 45 minutes to P'town! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!! Shawn was so nice to work with also. Thank you again for everything, the Cape never disappoints!!

Ideal location!

Stayed last summer for a girls week on the Cape. The location of this cottage is just perfect. The easy walk to Earle Road Beach is very pleasant. The beach itself is one of my new favorites. The cottage is well stocked with anything you would need including beach chairs and boogie boards. Central Cape location makes it easy to get to all points on the Cape. Owner was good to work with.

Our favorite place!

We have stayed many summers at this charming Harwich cottage! It is very cute and very clean! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we would not want to stay anywhere else in Harwich! Just an easy 5 min. walk to a wonderful beach and even closer to the bike path. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make every meal in and a lovely patio to enjoy. We have all enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to return!

Lovely Cottage on Picturesque Street

I have rented this cottage a few times, and, when I think of Cape Cod, I think of this beautiful property. The place is set on a tree lined, very quiet street, just a few minutes walk from a private beach. It is the perfect place to stroll down to the beach and have a seat on the cozy bench overlooking the ocean while enjoying a morning coffee. As far as the place itself, the cottage is extremely clean and cozy. There are plenty of sleeping spaces and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need should you choose to cook and the laundry in the cottage was convenient. Probably one of the best parts of the cottage is the well kept yard and outdoor space. You will enjoy dining on the patio and the convenience and ambiance of the outdoor shower. The pride that the owners take in their property is obvious. Overall, I would go back to this cottage time and time again! show more show less

My wife and I grew up going to Cape Cod, and we were able to purchase our first toe-hold in 2004 and buy the adjoining unit in 2007 to re-configure.

We live in New Albany, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, and as our two children became involved in their activities - it was time to start sharing our slice of summer bliss with others.

We began renting the cottage in 2009 and (knock wood) haven't hit a snag yet.

What is special about this property?
Our guests always remark at how much they love the layout. Everyone can be together while cooking and watching the Red Sox.

Its size makes it easy to clean, yet there is sufficient privacy for naps, reading or working remotely.

Since the beach is only a 5-minute walk, you won't need a beach sticker. If you like to have a lot of gear at the beach, simply drop it off and bring the car back to the cottage. It also is easy to replenish the cooler.

We are attached to another condo, but there are no homes close to the back of us, so our spot is quieter than many other parts of Harwich Port or Dennis.

What is special about your town?
Harwich is centrally located for day trips to Boston and other towns and beaches on Cape Cod. If it rains, there are lots activities for kids and lots of great restaurants in town.

Nantucket Sound is always warm and inviting. Since it is shallow and protected by lifeguards, it is a great beach for younger children.
