Enter into this home and immediately youll feel right at home. Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa in the living area with tall cathedral ceilings with a beautiful gas fireplace. In the evening, socialize, settle in to watch a movie on the large 65 flat-screen with access to YouTube TV or play a game of bocce ball. The first floor study provides a cozy space to get away to enjoy the 42 TV or read a book.

Channel your inner chef and enjoy cooking your favorite meals in the updated kitchen with a restaurant style gas range, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, built-in wine fridge, and a large island with a wet-bar. When its time to eat, gather around the outdoor six-person table for a family-style meal. A more formal dining area offers additional seating for a total of 10. In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement.
