The newly landscaped front yard is what catches your eye as your enter this family friendly neighborhood! New grass and shell driveway lead to the beautiful lava stone masonry work on the home front and the stone path bringing you to the front door.

To the left is the bright kitchen will all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The white marble countertops are the perfect touch for a Cape Cod Kitchen - the colorful coastal backsplash ties it all together. The center island is perfect for a quick breakfast to start the day or a snack after a day at the beach - there are four stools for seating. Check out the dog station for the furry family members - dog bowls and treats welcome the pup to Cozy Cove!

There is a new patio on one side with outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a grill on it's way! We will update photos in the Spring. The lush grass is perfect for lawn games with the kids and to let your pup have his own fun in the sun!

The living room is the focal point of Cozy Cove. The L-shaped couch seats more than 6 people. The TV over the decorative fireplace is perfect for the whole gang to be part of Movie Night! Coffee table and ottoman are large enough for all the necessary snacks! The built in shelves show off the coastal finds and artwork that confirm you are on Cape Cod!

There are two main level bedrooms with a full bathroom between. Bedroom #1, on the left, has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space to share with those staying in Bedroom #2 on the right, also with a queen bed. Bathroom #1 is a full bath with a glass enclosed step in shower.

As you go up the stairs, the Master Bedroom #3 is on the left. Lots of space in this open king bedroom - double closets and bureau will be more than enough to store even the most fashionable guest's outfit changes! This is where you'll find the second remote working office - perfect if a little privacy is what you need.

Bedroom #4 to the right has two twin beds. Bathroom #2 - full bathroom with tub/shower combo is accessible to both bedrooms.

You'll find beach chairs and lawn games in the garage. The washer / dryer laundry room is in the basement.

A fitness area - located downstairs to the right in the basement. Equipped with elliptical, yoga mats, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dip/pull up station.

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience with a 4 pm Check-In/9 am Check-Out.
No Smoking Allowed of anything (containing tobacco, any other substance) or e-cigarettes, inside or outside the home.
Pet Friendly Homes are for a Dog only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3. No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
