We included Family in our home name because we know Family means everything to us and you, too! We are starting to create family traditions here and hope you can see your family doing the same. We included fun games like foosball and cornhole - the hammock for quiet moments in the yard - outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. We are close to Harwich Port with so many great restaurants and shopping experiences and convenient to Harwich Center where the park, library and bike trail are. Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the lower level door from the driveway into a game room with foosball, flat screen TV and seating to lounge around on rainy days. Down the hall on the right is Bath #1 - a unique half bathroom. Bedroom #1 is across from the bathroom and has a full size bed. The laundry room is also on this floor at the end of the hall.
Continuing upstairs to the main level you enter the living room to your left. This bright and inviting family room with coastal attributes welcomes you to sit on the comfortable couch or side chairs to unwind from your day sightseeing on Cape Cod, with a flat screen TV and fireplace and a writing desk where you can write post cards to family and friends.
From the family room you enter the separate dining room with seating for 6 , from here you can enter the newly appointed sun room with modern coastal flair ... the perfect place to have your morning coffee and plan your days activities. There are sliders to let air in and has plenty of seating to kick back and relax including a table for 6 for morning breakfast. Entrance to the Deck is also available from the sun room.
Kitchen is off the dining room and is very bright and functional with a deep stainless sink, and round kitchen table with seating for 4. The back door to the deck has a grill and steps to the back yard and enclosed outdoor shower - newly renovated.
Down the hall on the right is bedroom #2 with 2 twins beds. To the left is bathroom #2 with a full bath with shower and tub. To the right is Bedroom #3 with queen bed and TV. To the Left is bedroom #4 with a queen bed and ceiling fan.

***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner.
