September is perfect time for MV...view here is fantastic, water warm and refreshing...we just swim in lagoon and enjoy beautiful yard. Everything we would want is right here.

Very quiet here in September...no crowded restaurants, traffic jams, mobs of
people at the beach...Weather is mild and the water warm. The yard/outside area is lush
and green...we love the new deck chairs in the front yard overlooking the water.

We love swimming in the lagoon. We never went to any other beaches. All nearby
roads are flat, quiet with little traffic, perfect for walks and biking. We enjoyed perfect
weather and fabulous views.

We rented kayaks and had a great time. We rowed up the lagoon on this
side sightseeing all the beautiful homes, then went the other direction towards
the hospital. When we were more ambitious, we rowed across the lagoon to where
the big houses are. Water was always calm, making rowing and getting around
easy.

Incredible sunsets over the lagoon...a 180 degree view. Water is warm as a
bathtub. Quiet and beautiful setting. House is extremely comfortable.

Extremely quiet on this Oak Bluffs side street but close to everything. When we saw
Our friends ferry coming into Vineyard Haven, we had time to get in the car and go
pick them up. We'll bring kayaks next time....calm lagoon waters perfect for boating
or kayaks.
