The kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are located on the first floor, with 3 bedrooms (two queen and one full) upstairs. There are water views of Sunset Lake from the second floor bedrooms and the large back porch deck. There is also a screened in front porch with comfortable rocking chairs and a chaise lounge.

The house is directly across from the park surrounding Sunset Lake, which is across from Oak Bluffs harbor. Oak Bluffs center and the town beaches are a short walking distance.
