We are the Rountrees and would like to welcome you to our dream home. We have spent a lifetime dreaming about this opportunity, and it is definitely a thrill for us to have you visit. This home is located in the middle of historic Oak Bluffs, directly across the street from Niantic Park (tennis, basketball, swings, and a playground for the toddlers). On one end of the street is the beach, and on the other end is Circuit Avenue with its shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance, and a car is completely optional. Our goal is for you to have a wonderful vacation and enjoy all Oak Bluffs and Martha's Vineyard has to offer.

Please note the rental is the down stairs apartment only. The upstairs is owner occupied.

Magical Vacation had at Rountree's dream.

We just want to thank Scott and Pascale for a wonderful vacation. The house itself was Great. It was very very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. The front porch was great to just sit back and watch the world go by. The location was amazing you can walk right into town or to Inkwell beach. It's a quick 5 minute ride to State Beach which was the kids favorite Jaws bridge, etc. It was the beat best vacation we have had in years and we rent properties all over the country. Scott was quick to answer if I had any questions about the property or the island. He was super kind and very knowledgeable about both and also very easy going. We will be back for sure !!! Great Time in OBMA

We had a great time. Scott and his family were very welcoming. Great location, block from the beach (Inkwell), block from the center of town, right across the street from the newly renovated park (great if you have kids).

Great House with Great Location

I can't say enough great things about this place. Felt like home. Pasqual was awesome to deal with. Location is perfect for getting to town, beach and other parts of MV.

Super clean and comfortable

OMG not word, Pascal and Scott are amazing people. The house is so close to everything, super clean and comfortable. Really nice family and easy to communicate. We were in love with the house, the neighbor and community. I really recommend it and we'll go back again soon.

Wonderful!

We can't say enough good things about this place! The owners are very friendly and made us feel welcome. The house has all you need for a great vacation - huge bedrooms, nice porch and good kitchen. The house is located a few blocks away from Oak Bluffs center with great restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlors. Close to town beach which was ok, but bus 13 is a short ride to State Beach which is even nicer. Also, don't miss Long Point Beach - located on the south shore - great for surfing, but the beach also has a freshwater pond close by that is great for swimming and hanging out!

We are looking forward coming back here again when the park in front of the house is ready! show more show less
