This charming cottage overlooks Brush Pond with access to the pond for kayaking and canoeing. There are two bedrooms (with a queen and 2 twin beds), a sleeping loft with two beds and sitting area; one bath, a lovely stone fireplace for those occasional cool nites, a large covered porch overlooking the pond, and a yard with a hammock for restful reading. The home is nicely furnished and includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV and Internet. Kayaks and a paddle board , vests are supplied; access to the Pond from the property. There is an outdoor shower and BBQ grill. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Two bikes.

Convenient to all down-Island towns via bike paths, the VTA bus, and car.
