This 3000 square foot home is abutted by the MV Land Bank's 72 acre Trade Winds Field Preserve with its extensive walking and jogging trails, separated from the property by a deep tree buffer and fencing.
Your rental includes access to Harthaven's private tennis courts and private mile-long sandy beach as well as proximity to a network of wide paths accessing both the Preserve and nearby Farm Pond's walking trails and kayaking.

On the first floor are the commodious double living room with French doors to the 40' X 15' fully furnished screened porch and a dining area seating 10 open to the kitchen and French doors to the screened porch.The screened porch's brick fireplace has a gas barbecue insert and there is a Weber kettle style charcoal grill outside the screened porch.
There is also 1 king bedroom with a full bath and walk-in closet and french doors to the deck abutting the screened porch overlooking the entirely private and fenced backyard.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, each w/ a full BA and walk-in closet. 2 of these BRs are mid-house and are at opposite ends of a private hallway and can be set up as 2 twins OR as a king. The 3rd BR on the 2nd FL has a private staircase and is always a king.
You may choose to have either 2, 3, or 4 king BRs to best suit your needs! If no changes are designated by the tenant both of the mid-house BRs will have 2 twins as shown in the listing photos.

The lower level has a private outside entrance to the TV/office den w/ a queen pullout queen sofa and desk for those seeking a private work area or private retreat.
All king bed linens, personal towels, and beach towels are provided, the tenant provides the twin bed linens and the lower level's office/TV den's pullout sofa queen bed linens.
Comforters and pillows are provided for all king and twin beds and the queen pullout sofa.

The 2 car garage has direct access to the inside of the house and offers plenty of space for bikes, beach toys, tennis equipment, etc. There will be 4 beach chairs and a croquet set in the garage.

There is Wifi throughout the house and the screened porch. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans provide perfect comfort for your daytime and evening enjoyment.
