This family cottage is great for families, couples, and groups with a nice open floor plan. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and ceiling fan for your comfort. There's plenty of parking, a great back yard for yard games, spacious deck, bbq grill, outdoor shower and laundry room! Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels included. The organic herb garden with lavender, thyme, and lemongrass is yours to enjoy!

A wonderful location, just over a mile to Oak Bluffs town beach, Inkwell, State beach, Oak Bluffs town center, and the famous vintage campground cottages (MVCMA). Very nearby is Farm Neck golf course and the bus route.

Cozy Sanctuary

Nice and quiet location. Home has a fenced in backyard which is perfect for little ones. Never had a bad night of sleep—tranquility. Owner is pleasant and makes the leasing process simple. I would rent again.

I have enjoyed the island for eight years. Sustainability and the environment are important aspects within my life. I enjoy going to the local restaurants on the island, Linda Jeans, Offshore Ale, and Net Result to name a few. The island is a unique place to relax getting away from city life, as well as experience happy experiences with friends and family.
