Newly renovated 3 bedroom house on the edge of town in Oak Bluffs, walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. The perfect vacation rental for 6 – 8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is clean and sanitized. We take all precautions. Our house cleaners use full PPE including masks, gloves and complete safety protocols.

The first floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is anchored around a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with large comfy sofas. High ceilings, neutral colors, and discreet art make this a calming sanctuary and a great place to chill. The farmers porch is a fantastic spot to hang out and relax.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The beds include one king, one queen, and one double/full bed and a queen size sofa bed.

There is a lower level Media Room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.

The farmer's porch entryway looks out over the front lawn. There is a smaller back deck and outside shower that open up to a private fully fenced and gated back yard.

Elegant and Comfortable Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home. The location is great for bike riding and walks to town and the OB beach. The house is beautifully furnished--spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The beds are also quite comfortable and the amenities are high end. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen is open, well-stocked, and chef-friendly. The outdoor porch was an added bonus. We spent quite a bit of time there when the weather allowed. Mo, our super host, was easily accessible and responded to questions quickly. Thank you for a great week! This is our first year renting this house on Martha's Vineyard. We also have a property in Kerhonkson, New York which is a super popular getaway in the Catskills that we have been renting to weekenders and vacationers for over 5 years. We understand the importance of honesty and transparency with our renters and don't oversell. We also have a crew of excellent people who thoroughly clean and sanitize the house and take care of the property before you arrive!

What is special about this property?
The house is the perfect combination of peaceful, relaxing and convenient to everything. The property is completely fenced and gated to create your own little cocoon here in paradise. We're a short walk from shops, restaurants and about half a mile to the beaches.

Oak Bluffs is a lively, friendly seaside town very popular with visitors to The Vineyard. There are great beaches right in town and a wide variety of awesome shops and restaurants as well as easy access to the bike trails.
