Welcome to our Vineyard cottage. Natives to the Island, my sister and I would like to share our childhood home with you for your 2024 summer vacation! Our home is nestled back from the main road with a spacious front yard. Located 1.5 miles from the center of town. 1.4 miles to Inkwell Beach. 1.4 miles to Eastville Beach. 2 miles to State Beach and the famous ''Jaws'' jumping bridge, and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful sunset at the Lagoon. House is located directly on MV Transit Authority Bus route, which will bring you anywhere on the Island. Bike path located directly across the street from the home that connects to all towns, giving you the option for a short ride into the Center of Oak Bluffs or a full day ride around the Island.

The bright and airy open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, a dining room with seating for up to seven, and a cozy living room with a bright picture window overlooking the brick patio. Multiple outdoor seating areas and BBQ grill.

Our two bedrooms comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. One room with a Queen-size bed. Second room with a Queen-size bed and daybed. Daybed can be used as a twin or can convert to a Queen. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and window A/C units. All linens are included in the rental.

A fully enclosed outdoor shower is located in the back of the house with hot and cold water. Beach Chairs, Coolers and Beach Umbrella are available for your convenience. read more show less

    Fantastic rental house

    What an absolute fantastic house…which has everything…perfect for me and close to all my fishing spots…Julie is a sweetheart to deal with…I highly recommend this rental home….it's lovely..

    Great spot!

    Julie was an excellent and super responsive host who has taken great care to be sure her home was comfy and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our week on the Vineyard. Super convenient to the bike trail and downtown Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two couples. We cooked at home and also ate at local restaurants, went to several beaches and biked quite a bit. The location was perfect for Beach Road Weekend!

    great house!

    This house is very well appointed...no stone left unturned! From the beach towels/mats, bikes, kitchen supplies, bath towels, etc., it was a pleasant surprise from what we normally see when we rent Vineyard houses. It's very clean, nicely decorated, and the owner is very responsive. The only downfall is that backing out of the driveway on a sometimes busy road can be a little bit of a challenge. If you want a house that is not walking distance to town, but a quick bike ride, it's right on the bike path and easy to get to. show more show less

    Great location!

    We really enjoyed our stay. Julie was so nice...very responsive. The house is very nicely decorated and well maintained. It is walking distance to Oak Bluff which made it convenient during the July 4 weekend. Highly recommend it.
