Our family of 5 spent the Labor Day weekend at this lovely home in Oak Bluffs. It was conveniently located close to town, restaurant, and had all the amenities you could need. The layout was perfect. As another renter mentioned, it is much bigger than the pictures warrant. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Communication with the owner was always prompt and pleasant. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return.

The house was very conveniently located and fit our famiiy well.
Appointments were fitting and the kuchen was generally well outfitted.
Enjoyed the grill.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home during illumination week 2022. It was very well stocked, very clean and super cozy. It was also centrally located and a short distance from everything, not to mention it was quiet which enabled us to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the outdoors in peace. Honestly no complaints at all, Lisa was impeccable with communicating and would immediately return my emails; before our trip started, during our trip and even after. Stayed at this property with my 3 children and it was perfect. First let me say the owners are a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to questions and comments when calling or texting. The best feature of the property is the master bedroom that sits at the other end of the home away from bedroom 2 & 3. The house is centrally located between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs so you have a quick 3 minute ride to Circuit or downtown VH. The house is clean and has plenty of storage for luggage and beach items. There is also a wrap around deck for those who like to drink their coffee outside every morning. Love this home! The host Dr Lisa was phenomenal! I lost the keys and she had locksmith over right away to make a new set. Very prompt and responsive. The pictures are no comparison to the live experience. Definitely a home away from home that I will continue to return to when visiting the island!

This property provided my family with a tremendous retreat for our first trip to Martha's Vineyard. The house has all the amenities you'll need for the perfect island vacation! Kitchen was fully stocked of tools to make breakfast and dinners on nights we were staying in. Bedrooms provided a quiet oasis to rest from a day at the beach. We used the provided beach towels and chairs and saved room not packing our own. A quick walk to downtown Oak Bluff or a short drive to basically anywhere on the island. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is great (new appliances), it has a large dining room/living room, and a lovely master suite with a large walk in shower. Everything, and I mean everything, was spotless when we arrived. The back yard is quiet and we spent a lot of time reading and relaxing there. This house is much larger than it looks from the pictures, it's all on one level, and the central A/C came in handy on the one hot day we had during our stay.
It is in a great location, just minutes from downtown Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. I enjoyed many morning bike rides out to East Chop, and the County Road bike trail is a short distance away.
Lisa is fantastic to deal with, and was very helpful when we decided to extend our stay. We would absolutely stay here again, and are looking forward to next summer. show more show less

This rental was more than we could've wished for. Immediately, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the place and its ability to make us feel right at home. The inside of the home felt new while the outside resembles the classic Cape Cod/MV look. We enjoyed our time hanging out in the backyard and on the porch.

We had no issues accessing everything we wanted to do on the island because we had a car, but we could still walk to the center of Oak Bluffs if we wanted to. Lisa and Mike were awesome to work with. They made sure everything went smooth from when we got to the island until we left.

We would definitely come back to this rental and recommend it to any of our friends! show more show less
