Brand new charming 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cape style home with amazing outdoor space. The home welcomes you with a farmer's porch and warm yellow door.

First floor consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, 1.5 bathrooms, master suite. There are sliders from the master bed and the dining room out to the back deck. Back deck is home to a lovely seating area and outdoor shower and connects directly to 1000 sq ft patio. On the patio you’ll find a pergola with dining area, Adirondack chairs and outdoor kitchen area.

On the second level you will find 4 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a set of bunks and a twin to king convertible trundle, one with a king bed, one with a twin daybed with trundle) and a full bathroom.

Both levels have central air conditioning. Home is well equipped with everything for the house, yard and the beach. You’ll find ample beach towels, yard games and board games all for our guest's enjoyment.

Our home is situated on a 1-acre lot with plenty of green space. Adjacent to our property are walking trails that will take you miles into beautiful forest areas. We are 1/4 of a mile from Farm Neck Golf Club, 2 miles from downtown Oak Bluffs, 10-minute drive to the legendary Jaws Bridge and 15 minute drive to South Beach.
